Windows 8.1 – The start button again?
A patch and restarts!
It’s during Techdays 2013 that Windows 8.1 update (formerly “Blue”) was detailed.
New functions will land(turn up) on the OS (chip integrated mobile broadband, native wireless display, NFC, choice of the applications usable on VPN, WIFI printing without installing driver, possibility to turn PC / TABLET to hotspot (tethering)…).
Without counting the improvements / strengthenings of security and the fleet management options.
For what is still uncertain, let us let us note the likely return of the Start button and a starting up directly on the office (as options).
The preliminary version of this update will be available on June 26-28th during the Build 2013 conference for developers.
The final version should be free and available on Windows Store.
Here is furthermore reason to wait for Build 😉
